| Initial public offering of up to 30,00,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Anubhav Plast Limited ("Anubhav" or "the Company" or "the Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 77-80 per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs. 67-70 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating upto Rs. 23.1-24 Crores ("the Issue") of which upto 1,50,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 77-80 per equity share including a premium of Rs. 67-70 per equity share aggregating upto Rs. 1.16-1.20 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of up to 28,49,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 77-80 per equity share including a premium of Rs. 67-70 per equity share aggregating upto Rs. 21.94-22.80 Crores ("Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.72% and 25.91% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 77 to Rs. 80 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each. The floor price is 7.7 times the face value of the equity shares and the cap price is 8 times the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 3200 equity shares and in multiples of 1600 equity shares thereafter. |
