Initial public offer of upto 25,44,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Sampat Aluminium Limited ("Our Company" or "the Issuer") at an issue price of Rs. The floor price is 11.40 times times the face value and cap price is 12.00 times of the face value of the equity shares.
