Initial public offer of upto 30,08,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Mehul Colthes Limited ("the Company" or "MCL" or "the Issuer") at an issue price of Rs. Bids can be made for a minimum of 3200 equity shares and in multiples of 1600 equity shares thereafter.
