| Initial public offer of upto 24,87,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Taurian MPS Limited (the "Company" or the "Offerer") for cash at a price of Rs. 171 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 161 per equity share (the "Offer Price") aggregating to Rs. 42.53 crores ("the Offer").
