Initial public offer of up to 30,00,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Sharvaya Metals Limited ("Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 196 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 186 per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs. 58.80 crores comprising a fresh offer of up to 25,00,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 49 crores by the company ("Fresh Offer") and an offer for sale of up to 5,00,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 9.8 crores by the promoter selling shareholder, (the "Offered Shares") (the "Offer for Sale" and together with the fresh offer, the "Offer") of which 1,50,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 2.94 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer, less market maker reservation, i.e. net offer 28,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at price of Rs. [*] per equity share aggregating to Rs.
