Initial public issue of upto 12,96,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each of BLT Logistics Limited ("BLT" or the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. Price Band:Rs. 71 to Rs. 75 per equity share of the face value of Rs.10 each. The floor price is 7.1 times of the face value the cap price is 7.5 times of the face value. Bids can be made for a minimum of 3200 equity shares and in multiples of 1600 equity shares thereafter.
