Initial public offer of 21,60,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Shri Balaji Valve Components Limited ("The Company" or "SBVCL" or "The Issue") at an issue price of Rs. 100 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 21.60 crores ("Public Issue") out of which 114,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of Rs. 100 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 1.14 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 20,46,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of Rs. 100 per equity share for cash, aggregating upto Rs. 20.46 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The public issue and net issue will constitute 26.47% and 25.07% respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. *Subject to finalization of basis of allotment. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each. The issue price is 10 times with the face value of the equity shares. The anchor investor issue price is Rs. 100 per equity share.
