Initial public issue of 33,20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. [*] per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. [*] crores ("Issue / Offer"). This issue includes a reservation of 3,00,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. [*] crores for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue shall constitute 27.50% and 25.02%, respectively, of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company, respectively. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10.00 each. The price band will be decided by the company. Price Band: Rs. 51.00 to Rs. 54.00 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each and the issue price is 5.1 to 5.4 times of the face value at the lower price band and the upper price band respectively. Bid can be made for minimum of 2000 equity shares and the multiples of 2000 equity shares thereafter.
