Initial public offering of up to 3,470,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 78 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 68 per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs. 27.07 crores (the "Offer") comprising a fresh issue of up to 29,20,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 22.78 crores by the company (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 5,50,400 equity shares by Madhusudan Goenka aggregating up to Rs. 4.29 crores ("Selling Shareholder") ("Such Equity Shares offered by the selling shareholder, the "Offered Shares") (such offer for sale by the selling shareholder, the "Offer for Sale" and together with the fresh issue, "The Offer"). The offer is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer will constitute 28.44% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. Issue Price: Rs. 78 per equity share of face value of Rs.10 each. The Issue Price is 7.8 times the face value of the equity shares. Minimum bid lot can be made for 1,600 equity shares and the multiples of 1,600 equity shares as decided by the company.
