| Public issue of 4,96,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Shantidoot Infra Services Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 81.00 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 71.00 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 4.02 crores ("The Issue") comprising of a fresh issue of 2,48,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 2.01 croress (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 2,48,000 equity shares by the selling shareholder ("Offer for Sale") aggregating to Rs. 2.01 crores of which 25,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.21 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reeservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 4,70,400, equity shares aggregating to Rs. 3.81 crores (the "Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.59% and 26.16% respectively of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10.00 and the issue price is 8.1 times of the face value of the equity shares. Minimum lot size is 1600 equity shares. |
