Initial Public issue of 5,30,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Quality RO Industries Ltd (""QRIL" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 51 per equity share including share premium of Rs. 41 per equity share (The "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 2.70 crores ("The Issue") , of which 30,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for a cash at a price of Rs. 51 per equiy share including a share premium of Rs. 41 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 0.15 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (The"Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 5,00,000 equity share of Rs. 10 each for a cash at a price of Rs. 51 per equity share incuding a share premium of Rs. 41 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 2.55 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.46% and 25.91% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10 and the issue price is 5.10 times of the face value. Bid can be made for minimum of 2000 equity shares and in multiples of 2000 equity shares thereafter.
