| Public Issue of upto 2208000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Kotyark Industries Limited ("KIL" or The "Company" or The "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 51.00 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 41.00 per equity share (The"Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 11.26 Crores ("The Issue") of which 1,12,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for a cash at a price of Rs. 51.00 per equity shares including a share premium of Rs. 41.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 0.57 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (The Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 20,96,000 equity shares of Rs. 51.00 each including a share premium of Rs. 41.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 10.69 Crores hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue".
