Initial public issue of up to 21,81,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Rangoli Tradecomm Limited ("the company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 207 per equity share (the "issue price"), (including a premuim of Rs. 197 per equity share), aggregating Rs. 45.15 Crores ("the issue"), of which 1,11,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 for cash at a price of Rs. 207 each aggregating Rs. 2.31 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 20,69,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each for cash at a price of Rs. 207 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 42.84 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.47% and 25.11% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The Face value of the Equity Shares is Rs. 10.00/- each and The Issue Price of Rs. 207.00/- each. The Issue Price is 20.70 times of the face value of the equity shares.
