Initial public offering of upto 46,52,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Sahaj Fashions Limited ("The Company" or "Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 30 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 20/- per equity share), aggregating upto Rs. 13.96 crores ("The Offer") comprising a fresh issue of up to 44,76,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 13.43 crores ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 1,76,000 equity shares ("Offered Shares") aggregating up to Rs. 0.53 crores, by Ankur Shah, selling shareholder, ("Offer for Sale" or "OFS"). This offer includes a reservation of up to 2,36,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 0.71 crores (constituting up to 5.% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer less market maker reservation portion is hereinafter refered to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer will constitute 35.33 % and 33.54 % respectively of the fully diluted post offer paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each. the offer price is Rs. 30/-. The offer price is 3 times the face value.
