| Public issue of 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Yogya Enterprises Limited ("YEL" or the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 15/- per share (The "issue price"), aggregating to Rs. 1.50 crores ("The issue"), of which 56,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue (The "market maker reservation portion").
