| Public issue of 38,46,400 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid for cash at a price of Rs. 78 per equity share (The "Issue Price") (including a share premium of Rs. 68 per equity share) aggregating Rs. 30.00 crores (The "Issue") by the company, of which 24,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by the promoter (The "Promoter's contribution"). and 1,93,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (The "market maker reservation portion").
