| Public issue of 35,90,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("equity shares") of Aryaman Capital Markets Limited ("ACML" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 12/- per share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 4.31 crores ("the issue"), of which, 1,90,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion").
