| Public issue of 5,40,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up of Bhanderi Infracon Limited ("BIL" or the "Company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 120/- per equity share (the "issue price") (which includes a share premium of Rs. 110/- per equity share), aggregating to Rs. 6.48 crores ("the issue"), of which, 26,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 4,94,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue".
