| Public issue of 75,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares of VCU Data Management Limited ("VCU", "The company" or "the Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 25/- per equity share (The Issue Price) aggregating to Rs. 18.75 crores (The Issue). The face value of the share is Rs.10/- each and the issue price is 2.5 (two and half) times of the face value. The issue is being made in terms of chapter X B of sebi (ICDR) regulations, 2009 as amended (The "sebi regulations"). Out of the proposed issue of 75,00,000 equity shares, 31,50,000 equity shares are reserved for subscription by the promoters and 3,78,000 equity shares are reserved for subscription by the market maker (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the portion reserved for the promoters and the market maker i.e. Issue of 39,72,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 48.39% and 25.63%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. |
