| Public issue of 39,73,908 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each of Edserv Softsystems Limited ("ESSL" or the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 60/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 50/- per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 23.84 Crores (the "issue") out of which 2,00,000 equity shares have been reserved for eligible employees ("employee reservation portion").
