| Initial Public Offer of 88,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of Euro Multivision Limited ("EML" or "Our Company") at a price of Rs. 75/- per Equity Share for cash aggregating Rs. 66.00 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the "Issue"). The Issue comprises of Employee reservation upto 2,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs. 75/- per equity share for cash aggregating to Rs. 1.50 crores (hereinafter referred to as the "Employee Reservation Portion") and the net issue to the public of 86,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue To The Public").
