| Public issue of 40,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs.170/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs.160/- per equity share) for cash aggregating to Rs.68.00 Crores (the "issue") out of which 2,00,000 equity shares have been reserved for eligible employees of our company ("employee reservation portion").
