| Public issue of 1,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each issued for cash at a premium of Rs. 50 per equity shares (Price of Rs. 60 per equity share) aggregating to Rs.60.00 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the 'issue') by Shivalik Global Limited (The 'Company' or 'Issuer'). The issue price is 6 times of the Face Value. 'The issue would constitute 41.23% of the fully diluted post issue Paidup Capital of the Company. Out of the total issue size 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 50/- each will be reserved in the issue for permanent employees of the company, 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 50/- each will be reserved in the issue for Schedule Commercial Banks, Financial Institutions & Mutual Funds and also 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 50/- each for NRIs and /or FIIs on Repatriation Basis. The net issue to the public would be 70,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 50/- each. The Face value of the Equity Shares of the company is Rs.10/- per Share and the issue price is 6 times of the face value. |
