The initial public offer of Karamtara Engineering Ltd IPO received bids for 3,21,86,270 units as against 2,54,14,937 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 20:07 IST on Wednesday (9 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 1.27 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 9 September 2026 and it will close on Friday, 11 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 241 per share to 254 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 59 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 675 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 200 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 875 crore.
