The initial public offer of Tempsens Instruments (India) Ltd IPO received bids for 32,87,77,250 units as against 1,51,81,667 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 20:14 IST on Friday (21 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 21.66 times. The issue opened for bidding on Thursday, 20 August 2026 and it will close on Monday, 24 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 285 per share to 300 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 50 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 95 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 555 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 650 crore.
