The issue was subscribed 2.44 times. The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 19 August 2026 and it will close on Friday, 21 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 152 per share to 160 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 93 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 450 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 100 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 550 crore.
