The issue was subscribed 5.94 times. The issue opened for bidding on Thursday, 20 August 2026 and it will close on Monday, 24 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 285 per share to 300 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 50 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 95 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 555 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 650 crore.
