Engineers India fixes record date for final dividend

Engineers India has fixed 29 August 2025 as record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled to receive final dividend of Rs 2/- per share (on face value of Rs 5/ each) for the FY 2024-25, if declared.
