Minda Corporation fixes record date for final dividend

Minda Corporation has fixed 14 August 2025 as record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of final dividend for the year 2024-25.

Dividend shall be paid on or before 20 September 2025.
