Power Finance Corporation fixes record date for interim dividend

Power Finance Corporation has fixed 28 February 2025 as record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of 3rd Interim Dividend of Rs 3.50 per equity share of Rs 10 for the FY 2024-25. The dividend will be paid on or before 11 March 2025.
