Senior Notes, and also assigned a rating of BBB to U.S.$300,000,000 5.179 per cent. Senior Notes under the GMTN programme, Gift City Branch; no rating information was provided by other agencies, and no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted beyond those actions by S&P Global Ratings.
