Highway Infrastructure Limited announced it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) of Rs 80,16,99,930 from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for operations at the Palayam Fee Plaza in Tamil Nadu. The LOA, issued on August 17, 2026, involves the operation and collection of user fees at the plaza, upkeep of adjacent toilet blocks, and is for a period of 90 days. The company confirmed that neither the promoter nor promoter group companies have any interest in NHAI, and the contract does not constitute a related party transaction.
