India Ratings affirmed IND3+ rating on Rs 500 crore bank loans and IND2 rating on Rs 200 crore debentures

Cohance Lifesciences Ltd announced credit rating actions from multiple agencies, including a withdrawal notification from an unspecified agency regarding previously assigned ratings, and a related action from CRISIL Ratings Limited pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; India Ratings and Research Private Limited affirmed its IND3+ rating on Rs 500 crore of Bank Loan Facilities with a Stable outlook, and its IND2 rating on Rs 200 crore of Non-Convertible Debentures, noting that the rating reflects; CARE Ratings upgraded the rating on the Rs 300 crore Term Loan from CARE A- to CARE A; India Ratings continues to maintain credit ratings on higher-limit credit facilities, while CRISIL has withdrawn its CRISIL A1+ rating on the Rs 100 crore Commercial Paper program upon maturity, and withdrawn the Lower Limit Facilities rating as per a letter dated 12 August 2026, stating that the facilities are adequately covered.
