Vivo Bio Tech’s board re-appointed directors for five-year terms, pending shareholder approval

Vivo Bio Tech Limited informed the BSE on August 22, 2026, that its board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sri Kalyan Kompella and Dr. Sankaranarayanan Alangudi as Whole-Time Directors for five-year terms, effective November 03, 2026, and January 06, 2027, respectively, pending shareholder approval, and re-appointed Mr. Kalyan Ram Mangipudi, Whole-Time Director, who retires by rotation. The company will hold its 39th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026, via video conferencing.
