Vivo Bio Tech re-appoints Kompella and Alangudi as Whole-Time Directors for five years

Vivo Bio Tech Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sri Kalyan Kompella and Dr. Sankaranarayanan Alangudi as Whole-Time Directors for five-year terms, effective November 03, 2026, and January 06, 2027, respectively, pending shareholder approval. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Kalyan Ram Mangipudi, who retires by rotation, and scheduled the company's 39th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, to be held via video conferencing.
