Grasim Industries shareholders appointed Deloitte Haskins & Sells for a five-year audit term

Grasim Industries Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointment of M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP as Joint Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 79th Annual General Meeting on August 21, 2026, until the conclusion of the 84th AGM in fiscal year 2030-31.
