MPS Limited shareholders approved amalgamation of ADI BPO Services via video conference

MPS Limited convened a meeting of its equity shareholders on August 22, 2026, via video conferencing following an order from the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench, to seek approval for the Scheme of Amalgamation of ADI BPO Services Limited, a holding company of MPS Limited, with MPS Limited. Approximately 36 shareholders attended the meeting, where a resolution to approve the amalgamation was proposed, and shareholders had the opportunity to raise queries and cast votes electronically. The results of the vote, along with a report from the appointed scrutinizer, Kishore Prakash, will be submitted to the National Company Law Tribunal, the stock exchanges, and the Registrar of Companies.
