Shiv Texchem’s board regularized Shruti Vyas as Independent Director, pending shareholder approval

Shiv Texchem Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the regularisation of Mrs. Shruti Vyas as an Independent Director (Non-Executive), subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, and appointed H L SAINI & Co. as the Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
