Maitri Enterprises Limited missed a regulatory filing regarding the appointment of Ms. Rajshree Jain

Maitri Enterprises Limited informed the BSE that it inadvertently missed filing a separate intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, concerning the appointment of Ms. Rajshree Jain as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, despite disclosing the appointment in a prior board meeting outcome and XBRL filing. The company also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, appointed CA Bunty Rajkumar Talreja as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, accepted the resignation of M/s. SJV & Associates as Secretarial Auditor, and appointed M/s. Nisarg Sharma & Associates to fill the casual vacancy for the financial year 2025-26.
