IREDA confirms senior management changes and a potential dividend payment of Rs 0.75 per share

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) announced changes to its senior management, with Bhagirath Siyag, Sujith V Surendran, Koushik Goswami, and Pradipta Kumar Roy ceasing to be Senior Management Personnel effective August 22, 2026. The company also confirmed a record date of September 11, 2026, for the payment of a final dividend of Rs 0.75 per equity share, or 7.50% on the face value of Rs 10, for the financial year 2025-26, pending shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, and noted that dividend payments will be made exclusively through electronic mode.
