Company board reshuffled as Revathi Raghunathan and Kandaswamy Paramasivan resign

The board of directors of an unnamed company has undergone significant changes, with Independent Woman Director Revathi Raghunathan and Independent Director Kandaswamy Paramasivan resigning, effective August 3, 2026. Replacing them are Kajal Mayur Saiya, an experienced Company Secretary, and Prakash Kumar Behera, a retired Principal Commissioner of the Indian Revenue Service, both appointed on August 22, 2026. Both new directors will serve terms until March 18, 2028, pending shareholder approval. The composition of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee have been restructured as a result of these changes, with Rajendra Kumar Prasan assuming the Audit Committee Chair and Prakash Kumar Behera joining the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Neither Saiya nor Behera are related to any director or promoter and are not debarred from holding a director’s position.
