Company board reshuffled with new directors appointed, terms ending March 2028

The board of directors of an unnamed company underwent significant changes on August 22, 2026, with the resignations of Independent Woman Director Ms. Revathi Raghunathan and Independent Director Mr. Kandaswamy Paramasivan. Replacing them are Ms. Kajal Mayur Saiya, an experienced Company Secretary, and Mr. Prakash Kumar Behera, a retired Principal Commissioner of the Indian Revenue Service. Both new directors have been appointed for terms ending March 18, 2028, pending shareholder approval. The composition of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee were subsequently restructured to reflect the changes in board membership, with Mr. Rajendra Kumar Prasan assuming the Audit Committee Chair and Mr. Prakash Kumar Behra joining the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
