Leapfrog Engineering Services appoints GRSM & Associates as auditors for five years

Leapfrog Engineering Services Limited announced that its board approved the appointment of M/s. GRSM & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as statutory auditors for five years, commencing at the conclusion of the 21st Annual General Meeting, and Mr. Sudhir Vishnupant Hulyalkar as Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years starting from Financial Year 2026-27. The board also approved the reappointment of Mrs. Sapna Raghavendra as a Whole-Time Director, also liable to retire by rotation, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
