Vishal Mega Mart re-appointed Gunender Kapur as Managing Director for five years

Vishal Mega Mart Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Gunender Kapur, whose existing term as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer was due to expire on June 26, 2027, for a period of five years commencing September 01, 2026, up to and including August 31, 2031. The board also redesignated him as ‘Founder, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer’ of the company, subject to shareholder approval.
