India Glycols shareholders to receive shares from Ennature and IGL Spirits via arrangement

India Glycols Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its Board of Directors has fixed September 1, 2026, as the Effective Date and September 2, 2026, as the Record Date for the allotment of shares pursuant to a Scheme of Arrangement involving India Glycols Limited, Ennature Bio Pharma Limited, and IGL Spirits Limited. Under the scheme, Ennature Bio Pharma Limited will issue one equity share for every three equity shares held in India Glycols Limited, while IGL Spirits Limited will issue one equity share for every one equity share held in India Glycols Limited.
