Sunil Industries schedules AGM in Maharashtra, approves Directors Report for fiscal 2026

Sunil Industries Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board approved the company’s Directors Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and scheduled the 50th Annual General Meeting for September 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM (IST) at the company's registered office in Dombivli, Maharashtra. The board also approved the closure of the register of members and share transfer books from September 16, 2026, to September 22, 2026, and appointed Mr. Hemant Shetye, or Mr. Kunal Sakpal, as a scrutinizer for the AGM’s e-voting process, while authorizing National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) to facilitate the e-voting.
