Monarch Surveyors’ board approves AGM, auditor appointments, and director re-designation

Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Limited informed the BSE on August 21, 2026, that its board approved the 27th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 16, 2026, via video conferencing, and fixed September 9, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining member eligibility. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. KJL & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years starting from FY 2026-27, the reappointment of Mr. Anuj Shashikumar Bajoria as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27, and the re-designation of Mrs. Usha Sunil Kokare from Executive Director to Whole-time Director for five years.
