Emkay Global Financial Services allotted shares to promoter Prakash Kacholia, increasing capital

Emkay Global Financial Services Limited announced the allotment of 50,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to promoter Mr. Prakash Kacholia, following the conversion of an equal number of warrants. The allotment, made on August 21, 2026, increased the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital from Rs 27,62,55,800 divided into 2,76,25,580 equity shares to Rs 27,67,55,800 divided into 2,76,75,580 equity shares.
