Milgrey Finance & Investments acquires 60% stake in Fidus Parkland for Rs 83 crore

Milgrey Finance & Investments Ltd. announced that its board approved the acquisition of a 60% equity stake in Fidus Parkland Pvt Ltd for a consideration of Rs 83 crore, to be executed through a share swap arrangement, with the swap ratio to be determined later. The acquisition, which will diversify Milgrey Finance & Investments Ltd.'s business into the real estate segment, is expected to be completed on or before March 31, 2027, with a cost of acquisition of Rs 49.80 crore.
