Pidilite Industries’ committee allotted shares to employees exercising options under ESOP-2016

Pidilite Industries Limited announced that its ESOP Allotment Committee-2016 has allotted 89,340 equity shares with a face value of Re.1 each to eligible employees who exercised stock options under ESOP-2016, increasing the company’s share capital from 1,017,790,348 to 1,017,879,688.
